After the [[hockey]] [[Engineers|team]] scores a goal, the [[conductor]] starts [[41|Hail]] by shouting "Trumpets, 1, 2!". While this is going on, one member of the band rushes to the front of the stage to wave the [[Big Flag|big flag]] and another grabs the [[Small Flag|small flag]] and runs it around the [[Houston Field House|field house]]. After the band has finished playing Hail, they chant [[We Want More|"We Want More"]] and then exchange high fives.

A similar process occurs after the [[football]] team scores; the only differences being that the flags are not used and that the chanting of "We Want More" is postponed until the cheerleaders are ready to do pushups for each point the team has scored in the game (for high scoring games, they will sometimes switch over to a kick line).
