:I guess it's just a matter of personal preference. As it stands, 0.x comes before 000. I guess adding two extra zeros fixes that, and we could even keep the 0.x pages as redirects. The initial intent was that the cheer sheets don't (didn't?) have a number and were stacked in the set before song 1 so you could grab them faster. Since these weren't on the cheer sheets but also weren't songs, Vicky/Mike Brown gave them the numbers 0.1 and 0.2. This made sure they were put up front by the cheer sheets for people to grab. Additionally, the individual songs on the pages were sometimes referred to as (for example) 0.11 or 0.23 yielding 3 digits anyways.
