About the song

The theme from the TV series Peter Gunn which aired in the 1950's and 60's, by Henry Mancini and arranged by John Warrington.

Instrumentation requirements

Sounds best, as many songs do, with a large low brass section. Trumpets have some exposed parts so it's best to have several playing.

History

It's been in the library for a long, long time, yet still manages to get played now and then.
