RPI beat SLU 7-6 at 12 seconds into overtime. The fans heckled the RPI band to the point of throwing trash at the band.

Although Clarkson beat RPI, it was more welcoming to be at Cheel Arena and hear "RPI still sucks" from Clarkson fans than being at the SLU game.

October 11, 2008: If You Die in Canada, You Die in Real Life

The band (over 50 people in all) traveled to Quebec City, PQ for the season opener against Vermont. The game was held at the Pavillon de la Jeunesse, and the team lost 1-4.

October 24-25, 2008: Men's Hockey, Governor's Cup

December 5-6, 2008: Women's Hockey @ Quinnipiac & Princeton, Men's Hockey @ Yale
