I'm Chris Behrens, PHYS '08. I played alto sax in the band for 5 years, and am also comfortable playing sousaphone and most of the other instruments in the band. You can get in contact with me by email, on AIM (CnoTe946), or here on my user talk page.
To Do
Arranging
- Finish transcriptions of Hockey Night in Canada and Shake a Tail Feather.
- Finish re-arranging Freeze Frame (finally this time?).
- Finish arranging "Misery Business" by Paramore.
- Transcribe "Summon the Heroes" in free time (this will take awhile).
Wiki
- Fill out information for the rest of the songs in the active set.
- Figure out a format for a page for Natural Noise Intramurals and fill it out.
- Add my personal account of the roadtrips I've been on.
- Add info for other songs that exist but are not currently on the wiki (Pirates of the Caribbean, Fell in Love with a Girl, Synchronicity II come to mind).
Favorite songs
- Children of Sanchez - the best song the band has.
- Rebel Yell - maybe the most energy out of any song in the library.
- Holiday - also a very high energy song.
- Victory Dance - enough said.
Least favorite songs
- Get Ready for This - too repititious.
- Magnum P.I. - TV show themes go out of style, like this one.
- Hang on Sloopy - especially after the Niagara fiasco.
Songs I'd like to read
- Sir Duke - great success!
- Brazil
- Sabre Dance
- Any Way You Want It - epic fail.
- Beat It
Dead to me
- Eugene Binda, Jr. - The ultimate home ice advantage!
- Random Colgate fan in the green shirt who was being an asshole and pretend conducting when Dan was conducting the band.
- That's Alright, That's Okay - I've never liked this cheer.
- ECAC officiating in 2007-2008 - apparently you *can* fight yourself and get a 5 minute major for it.
- Clarkson Pep Band - "a bastard every one."
