Malinski, can you upload that mp3 of from the glorious heights onto this wiki rather than your rpi webspace? It would be more permanent here since your webspace gets deleted soon after graduation.

    • It's now an acceptable type, but I think MediaWiki limits files at 2 MB regardless of type, so you might not be able to upload it if it's larger than that. James 14:31, February 4, 2008 (EST)

Lyrics

I'd like to change the lyrics for this slightly if there aren't any objections (to the version I learned, and what I think the current band sings now). Proposed changes are in bold (and some of them are just slight):

From the glorious heights of Prospect Park
 To the mud flats of Cohoes
 We will study hard, get drunk weekends
 And the rest God only knows
 We will drink to Troy’s fine maidens
 We will drink to Troy’s fine beer (FINE BEER!)
 And without a doubt someone will shout
 “Let us drink to Rensselaer!”
After four or five long years have passed
 We will all have cribbed our way
 We will all get drunk down at the Ruck
 Just to celebrate the day
 And when Jackson hands the sheepskins out
 We will all raise up a cheer (FINE BEER!)
 For we’re going out of college
 And "To Hell with Rensselaer!"
