We generally only play this cheer when the team is playing well, after a goal/touchdown, or when the team makes some other sort of exceptional play. Also, we don't play this cheer after the opposing team meets any of those criteria, giving this cheer a small window of opportunity.

Thant's the Way was removed from the cheer sheets in 2014.
