"The Great Escape" was written by Elmer Bernstein (with words by Al Stillman) in 1963. This version of the song is arranged by Robert W. Smith.

Instrumentation requirements

This song is a lot like Hogan's Heroes in that there are multiple sections that are mainly flute and sousaphone, so enough of both are required.
