"Sweet Caroline" was written and recorded by Neil Diamond in 1969. This version of the song was arranged by Tim Waters. It is common to play this song during a game against Union. Instead of playing the "BUM BUM BUM", we yell "Union sucks!!". With the Clarkson Pep Band or against SLU, we instead shout "Fuck you, SLU!!".
