Picture of the infamous Freakout horn

"Freakout horn" is the name unofficially given to the gift given out to every person in attendence at Freakout 1987. At this game (won 8-3 over Brown), the crowd made so much noise on the horns that the opposing coach complained to the NCAA, resulting in the so called "RPI Rule" which prohibits artificial noisemakers from being brought into a game.

The "RPI Rule" is also the reason behind the band's slogan, "100% Natural Noise". (Could someone confirm this?)
