Policy and style information

Linked names

Linked names should be [[First Last]] with no initials or year information in the link. An exception is A. Olin Niles. A second exception is persons whose last names have changed, due to marriage for example. These names should be liked [[First Old last New last]].

Images

After uploading a picture to the site, include it in pages with the following code:

[[Image:foo.jpg|thumb|right|200px|Description]]

Do not change anything but the first and last fields in that code.

Include the code before the beginning of the code in whatever section you want it in (i.e. if it's relevant to the entire page, the image link should be the FIRST line in the code, otherwise it should be the first line in the subsection it's relevant to).

Song page naming

Song pages should be created as ### - Song name. Always use three digits for the number. (Although I guess we'll have to change it to 4 sometime.)
Additionally, a page should be created named ### and redirected to the song's official page. If the song number is less than 100, make a redirect page from ## instead.
(example: 41 points to 041 - Hail, Dear Old Rensselaer and 162 points to 162 - Final Countdown)
