My impression from the month between when Charlie resigned and elections were held was that we didn't have a specific conductor as several people (Vickie, Mike Brown, and maybe another person) split the arm waving duties at the rest of the games. Vickie conducted the lion's share of the remaining games, but we never officially set anyone as conductor in that period of time. I seem to remember Tim conducting the remainder of the game that Charlie left, and Mike Brown doing at least part of one of the Dartmouth playoff games. We were just fortunate to have so many ex-cons at the ready that we didn't need to make it any one set person. It just turned out that Vickie was either more available/more expendable instrumentally (as opposed to a trumpet or sousaphone), so she conducted most of the rest of the games.
