:IIRC, the summer I shared an apartment with [[Mike Brown]] he said that after [[1995-1996|his year as conductor]], he did the major overhaul to the library to set up the current system.  That included:  assigning many of the current song numbers (resulting in odditties such as all those opposing alma maters from 1930s having song numbers in the 300's), replacing lost parts in the originals folders, setting up the "librarian's originals" box/folders and "librarian's sets", and building a new active set to match all of it.  As far as I know, there wasn't a major overhaul to the active set between then and mine - just that most (if not all) new songs were added to the end of it. The real question is.  Does anyone still have a separate copy of this?  I know Mike and I got rid of the librarian's originals after that overhaul so that copies couldn't be made of the wrong set.  During a move in or out of the dorms, my two sets got mixed together and eventually just merged.  I can probably backtrack, but it would be easier to just use a copy of the older set.
