Relay for Life is a fundraising event that the American Cancer Society puts on every year. RPI has been participating in Relay since 2006, holding the event on '86 Field in mid to late April. The band has also been playing at Relay since 2006. Additionally, the band has fielded a team for Relay since 2007. In 2017, Relay was held earlier than usual, so the band did not play.

The band played on the stage set up in the middle of the track. The event was held indoors in 2013 as well.
