**The RPI band was asked by the Colgate band to help them out at the ECAC Championship Weekend at the [[Times Union Center, Albany, NY|Times Union Center]], as it coincided with their spring break.  We obliged, and the combined band was roughly a 50/50 split of RPI and Colgate band members.  Colgate ended up losing both games, the first to [[Princeton University|Princeton]] 0-3 and the second to [[Cornell University|Cornell]] 2-4.  The night after the first game, [[Mike Joseph]] held a combined party in his apartment, and members of the RPI band put up the Colgate band for the night.

The Colgate Raider Pep Band is the pep band of the Colgate Raiders, one of the other teams in ECAC Hockey. They play at their home football, basketball, hockey, and lacrosse games, though they only visit RPI for hockey games.
