Person with the wavy hands at the front of the band. Until the beginning of the 1983 season, the position of conductor didn't exist. At first, the conductor was present to keep the band on the same beat (no pun intended). Today, the conductor is a spokesperson of the band, working with the managers to coordinate band activities.
