Goal Celebration

After the hockey team scores a goal, the air horn goes off, and the conductor starts Hail by shouting "Trumpets, 1, 2!". While this is going on, one member of the band rushes to the front of the stage to wave the big flag and another grabs the small flag and runs it around the field house. After the band has finished playing Hail, they chant "We Want More" and then exchange high fives and those who are wearing them tap hard hats.

A similar process occurs after the football team scores; the only differences being that the flags are not used and that the chanting of "We Want More" is postponed until the cheerleaders are ready to do pushups for each point the team has scored in the game (for high scoring games, they will sometimes switch over to a kick line). The trumpets also play a "CHARGE!" fanfare after an extra point is scored.
