Pack the House Night started during the 2008-2009 season to try to fill the Field House for a women's hockey game. It has since become a yearly event. RPI is 1-4-2 all-time in Pack the House Night games.

Every year for Pack the House Night the band is given a set of t-shirts by the Athletic Department.
